Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Controller

  Securely pack your HexGaming controller in its original packaging, ensuring all custom thumbsticks, paddles, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to HexGaming

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your package to our quality control facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement controller within 5-7 business days.
