We use original, authentic controllers from major manufacturers as the base for our builds. We then customize them with our proprietary high-performance components and aesthetic modifications.
What is the standard shipping time for custom orders?
Since each controller is hand-assembled and tested, processing usually takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Do your controllers come with a warranty?
Yes, all HexGaming controllers include a standard 90-day warranty that covers any defects in workmanship or materials. We also offer extended protection plans at checkout.
Can I remap the back buttons on my controller?
Absolutely. Most of our models feature an integrated remapping chip that allows you to assign any face button to the rear paddles or buttons on-the-fly without any external software.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to custom-built controllers that are returned for non-technical reasons.
